PrizeSuite Google Gmail Integration
PrizeSuite connects to Gmail only after the mailbox owner grants OAuth authorization.
Requested scopes
gmail.send
Send merchant-approved emails from the authorized mailbox.
gmail.readonly
Verify mailbox identity and process relevant replies, unsubscribe requests, bounce signals, and conversation threading.
How it works
The mailbox owner grants the requested access.
The authorized mailbox identity is checked.
A communication draft is assembled for review.
Unapproved outreach is not sent automatically.
A separate deliberate action is required.
The authorized mailbox is used for the approved send.
Periodic checks support replies, unsubscribe requests, delivery-related signals, and threading.
How to revoke access
Go to Google Account → Security → Third-party apps & services, select PrizeSuite, and remove access. You can also contact PrizeSuite OAuth Support.
